In times of war and conflict, the pressure on societies and individuals is harsh, especially after the April 15 war, which resulted in shocks, anxiety, and depression. With continued violations in Sudan, displacement, and lack of food and medical care, our mental health is affected in many ways, even if it is not obvious. The psychological effects vary from one person to another, and it is difficult to provide psychological services due to their diminishing importance compared to the priorities of war. Echo of Justice podcast seeks to communicate voices and spread awareness about mental health through dialogues with experts, to contribute to positive change in Sudan.
